Ultimately, they're stance is correct and companies Sideshow would do the same thing...they would only deal with the original buyer. So, I wouldn't put too much into a potential language barrier...also keep in mind that you have no way to know their tone through a typed chat.

I think your being overly sensitive as well MagnusOpus. This is not your girlfriend your communicating with. And I'm assuming English is a second language for both of you which probably doesn't help.

And yes, they are a premium product but that still doesn't mean you don't follow the appropriate channels. I.e. Go to the reseller first.

From your pics, it looks minor and an easy fix, so personally I'd have just glued it back in place and have been happy to have been able to score one in the first place.

I can understand your frustration over an expensive statue having such an issue.

I Do Not understand how you thought Ang was angry from a typed text....he didn't say anything angrily...or even rudely

He even said 'Plz' and explained the process to you. I don't understand how you jumped to XM seems very angry and rude...lol...sorry man I don't see it. Language barrier or not the guy told you how to resolve the issue. Maybe you thought they should resolve it themselves but it also seems like there are various other issues that seem to be at play here that have caused perhaps you to be angry...?
