Nice but I dont collect the LS line. I would like to get this one though...
One small detail, the firey colour on the cigar should be touching the cigar and the grey ashes colour should be at the tip, not the other way around.

The sculpt is great, but I don't like the execution of it. The eyes are so well painted. I was expecting a masked Wolverine or perhaps like Doom and Ironman we have the option of masked or unmasked.

I don't know for sure, but probably because the piece got approved by Marvel before the new rule came into force, just like the Nick Fury statue that BD are still putting out.
