i am not sure if it was a recast of an existing kit. probably is. all i know is it is not licensed. i know recasts are "bad" . unfortunately i don't have the wallet for licenced. barely can buy the recasts for that matter.
on one other particular model i am going to buy the legit only comes built and painted , and it costs 300.00 as the recast kit costs around 98.00.
its not all about price point though. i could save up to get the real one but, why do i want to spend 300.00 if i am going to devalue the figure by changing it to suit my tastes?
i don't want to start a debate i know its a heated topic. i also agree recasts are wrong for the most part.
i am pretty good at painting. and i have bought my first resin kit however i am a little confused on the rules here. the resin kit is a bootleg. i did not make it and i am not intending on selling it. so can i post my progress on that project? oh and the subject is Rei from Evangelion.
