perhaps the guys paypal account was hacked and they are looking into it

it's good cause if CK sent the package and they found out later he would be out money and the item

i'd like to know how that works. shouldn't the liability fall on paypal if someone lifted someone else's account? how does that liability fall on the seller? if you look on your paypal account transaction details, it actually confirms if it's OK to ship to the buyer and if you're covered under their seller protection.

Yeah thats my point as well. Bottom line is I don't trust Paypal. Never have never will. They seem to make up or enforce rules selectively and its almost always the seller that loses disputes. There is no real seller protection as far as I'm concerned.
