Hi

Ive given it a little thought and havent yet discovered any liquid stuff, but Ive just got some 2 pack silicone putty which will press onto your master and build the frame / shell from there.

Apparently it cures in 20 minutes and you have 3 minutes of working time !

Smooth-On's Rebound 25 works, and if you add thivex thixotropic additive you can spatula it too. Test it on the material your model is made of first, it is prone to inhibition.
