Same here. That's why sometimes i just pop Mario Brothers in to play instead

I picked up the Gamestop version with the Spider-Man keychain. Looking forward to playing it. I saw tonight that Target has a boxed version with a Loki keychain.

Is this a game where you have to play a few characters throughout for certain levels and when you unlock you can replay with others? If so I hate that and wish you could play who you want.
How much is Spider Woman involved?

ya I don't get that either. Game will definitely be on sale before the holiday season. Why pay full retail then just store it for 2 months?

Yes, it's the same premise as all the other LEGO games.
Haven't run into SpiderWoman yet but I'd guess she's an unlock that you can use as much as you want on the second play thru. Can't say what powerset they will give her, but I doubt much of one.

I don't like this... Let me guess you pretty much have to play Ironman, Hulk, Spiderman, and Thor pretty much for the reg game?

If you even have to wait that long....
I got burned by Lego Batman last year as it dropped by $20-30 within weeks of its release. Now it can almost be had for free.

There is a time when you can run around Manhattan and use anyone you want...like in Lego Batman 2. This happens between some missions. You have to help people around town to get gold bricks, there are also characters spread on the map that you can unlock.
As for story mode they do use different characters to break it up. One board was Human Torch, Hawkeye and Black widow for example. But as for the missions itself they are set on who the characters will be in story mode, you can only change them in freeplay.
So far I am having a blast with this game, Just found the Hulkbuster Armor...thing is awesome looking!!!
