What was this series?
This has been driving me nuts! It aired in the early 70's-I think-sci-fi based and had a group of folks trapped in a dome that represented a world. Each episode they travelled to a new connecting dome with a new species and/or eco-system. They are unaware of the builders or how they got there. It may have something to do with Arc but I'm fuzzy on the details. Help!!

Are you sure you're not talking about Ark II? I don't remember domes or anything, but their futuristic RV-thing was sort of dome-like. And it was ecologically-based, since the team was travelling in a futuristic wasteland.
Fun stuff for a kid's show.
I remember watching this; I think it must have been '75 or '76.

Was it Island City in the 1990s?
I also think there was an original show called Dome City back in the 70s?

Thanks, but no. They were on foot and the mood was similair to Cube or Jose Farmer's book Riverworld. Where are we and how did we get here? At first they didn't know there were more domes as each one is HUGE.

I think you're talking about Starlost. It was a huge colony ship adrift in space and the three main characters were trying to figure out how to correct its course. There were two guys (one of whom is now the anchor on CityTV News) and a girl.

Teague you found it!!! Even though the name doesn't ring a bell- funny that, but I was really young-that is the show. Thanks for digging. Now, if I can only find it on video.

Looks like it's out on DVD. It's all over eBay.
Glad to help--sounds like a cool show!

Too funny, I just watched a few clips on YouTube and now I have to buy the series. Hey DK, your memories were spot on. Did you also tune in when you were a kid?
