There wasn't much interest here in a Bond Girl statue line. I doubt actress statues alone would be popular.

Whisper and Derby both now have Q1 2015 shipping date on the GG site. That being said, who know when they are coming out.

Whisper seems particularly odd since they have already produced this statue once and this one is just a repaint.

They must be having factory issues we are not in the loop about.

I'll have to check my records when I get home, but I believe the preorder went up after the 2013 San Diego Comic Con when the sold the exclusive sold.

I do show that I switched my order from BBTS to Amazon in November 2013. So I estimate we are going on to 1.5 years.

It just feels longer since we first teased back at the SDCC 2012.

Now it's 1st Quarter 2015. Something's seriously wrong with this picture.

It's like a broken record but I'm going to post in the "Ask Gentle Giant" section to see if we can get a real answer to what's going on. I don't think any statue I've ordered has been delayed so much. Whisper has basically been delayed a whole year. And still no edition size is set.

I don't think this is factory issues. And no one is this bad at scheduling. Plus the variant turned out fine. I asked here if the Whisper variant was made in the US. I think someone might have said she was. I know a few members here have her but no one confirmed it.

I've said it before but I really think Gentle Giant is waiting on orders before going through with full production. Perhaps opening pre-orders on the other Honey Trap characters was a way to attempt to get more orders in. If the statues were in production is it that hard to call and get an edition size?

Delayed a year? This went up for pre-order in July 2013 right after the variant hit at the Con. I could be wrong but I don't ever remember reading this was supposed be released 4 months after that.
