For realism, rooted hair is a must.
And as a 1/6 collector, the three main reasons that detractors mention:
The higher price.
Reminds them of Barbie Dolls.
And not wanting to style the hair. Many being burned by Hot Toys previous non sculpted hairs which were near impossible to get right.
