I asked for nothing statue related this year. Last year, my brother bought me the Evil Queen statue. Total win.

I have asked for comic art commissions as other gifts. And I would ask for statues if something was out right now that I wanted - but all I have on order is the PCS Storm. There aren't even any little figures that I have my eye on now. Which is kinda sad.

It's a good thought to ask for comics though. Gonna remember that for later.

yea, I think that some comics that I still need to fill 'holes' in my collection are always good to ask for. It seems to go over well. I also asked for the original Vision and Scarlet original limited series # 1 as a CGC as well. crossing fingers.

Yep the Storm on order is the 1/3 black suit museum pose. I don’t love the action one at all.

I have Smaug the Fire-Drake this Christmas. It arrived a week ago but it’s a “surprise” that the kids will appreciate it (as fans of The Hobbit).

I am looking forward to seeing pics. Of that piece. I think I recently saw a video on You Tube that Gem Mint had done addressing that piece. I hope it looks as good in life as it does in pics.

They’re young kids, they aren’t really that interested they just think ‘that looks cool” and get back to reading/playing. But Smaug is at least a character the older ones know.

Gotcha. My never having had kids of my own, it’s just one of those things that I would imagine would be so cool to have your kids take an interest in your hobby as well.

Yes that's the one. I unboxed it a couple days ago while the kids were at school, to assemble and check for damage. Back in the box until the 25th. Will be tough fitting it under the tree .
