Hey PCS

I had to create a new PayPal account and emailed customer service to transfer my current pre-orders over. Has been almost 3 weeks and no reply. Please let me know if my orders have been transferred. Case number is #11028.

Hi everyone! I need help! I try to visualiza my orders in the pcs website but the section "my orders" is ever undergoing maintenance. Why?? Thanks

With all due respect, this area of your website has been under construction for way too long. As customers and long term buyers from your company, we really need to have a legitimate way of seeing our current orders without having to wait 1-2 weeks for email responses.

Hi Rebecca! Thank you for you help! Yesterday I sent an email to your customer service about it . This week a user has transferred to my account a pre order (it was my first time) and I just wanted to see it online .
