Saw all of them personally.. for me it would be
1. Phoenix (Even if its still unpainted, thats how awesome the sculpt is.)
2. Magneto (He is my most anticipated piece.. until I saw Phoenix.. hahaha)
3. Thanos
4. Mark VII
5. Hawkeye
6. Wolverine
7. Black Widow
8. Ant Man
9. Hulk
10. Mark 42
11. Thor

I'm very close to your ranking.
Most of them, or all, not definitiv, there are still working on their projet to the last limit possible !!!
See magneto for example, they still work on it !!
So i'll give a last word when we'll have the statues in hand.
Finally i would say that the N°1 is ... XM ^^
