I think it's closer to this but more between 1/4 and 1/3
Because Thanos varies in size depending on who is telling the story, and this statue is not hardline based on either size, it is a maquette

They are calling it a MAQ because it comes with a $1200 price tag. SSC doesn't charge $1200 for PFs.
