It was available for pre-order at the con. Also through Facebook for a a few hours until somebody shared the exclusive link elsewhere and it was taken down.

They haven’t said, the one that went up for PO was the PCS exclusive with an ES of 100. So the remaining ones will still go up for preorder but I’m guess more than half have been sold by the amount of people who said they got one.
