I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

A really cool statue!! One of the poses remind me of the best Koto statue: the Snowtrooper.

I love Kotos, don't care they are PVC. I have all the OT Imperials and the last one arriving was the TIE Fighter Pilot. This is also my second Star Wars Kotobukiya statue to remain boxed (together with McQuarrie Vader vs Luke) because of lack of space until moving at the end of 2008.

Those eBay listings mean nothing really. Probably just someone who saw amazon had it for $400 so they put theirs up for a bit less. Look at completed listings, that's what really matters. Last one sold on eBay for a whole $40.

You are so right, there is not a military pilot in the entire military that has a side arm when they fly. Oh wait, they all have fire arms and so should this pilot, duh.

It's weird, some Koto figures are just really rare and hard to find on Ebay. For instance, the Kenobi/Grievous set. You can find Kenobi for about 75 dollars, always listed, but Grievous is rarely listed at all, and usually starts around 250 to 300.

I think there was just a lot more demand for Grievous than Kenobi. And that was back when Koto's human sculpts left a little more to be desired.
