I believe the hammer has come down, it seems like not only koto is the only one in the no more mutants boat.
Marvel is playing the waiting game, the beef between fox and marvel has gotten worse over the years. I guess now marvel won't allow x-men products to be made, I guess if they can't make any money off it why should fox?

Let's do something like this after the mutant and FF4 ban. I need Erick's bulky and monstrous Sabretooth (sans the blood dripping out of his mouth) in my collection.

I imagine it will. Might take a couple of years or so but I'm happy to wait. My wallet thanks the ban...
