They've settled, but the terms are unknown. There might still be animosity over the whole situation from either side. Hopefully products with her likeness are still available to them.

I'm a lot more hopeful now, as they're back to kissing each others' asses and she will still work with them in the future

If there's money to be made by both parties, it's easy to forget lawsuits lol

They've stated it's the latest film. It'll be two versions, one in her white suit and the other in her black suit.

I'd imagine the "short hair" is the black suit, since she had her hair tied back while in that during the movie. Likewise, her hair was down while wearing the white suit.

Depending on the price and degree of likeness, should be very popular.



If I didn't already have the GG Winter Soldier, I'd be champing at the bit right now.

I prefer the hairstyle with the white costume, but I wonder if they'll change the inclination of the head between the two. If it's a digital sculpt it should be an easy tweak, and might further motivate more people to pick up both rather than choosing between them.
