To be fair I'm not asking for anything just suggesting to have more patiente (be it a little or much) like I am doing because like I said what more do we have to lose we supposedly allready lost our money/po's. The only thing that can change is PCS slowly gets on its feet again (joining forces with SS doesnt hurt) and starts refunding and finishing/shipping po's made before the SS deal (like they are actualy doing right now with the 1:3 Kitana and ultra Ken)...and goes on to pump out that 1:3 Cammy and hopefully a Ken and Gief too!

Was there anyone to ask? Booth looked like a ghost town. Three empty chairs under the logo.

Old hodgepodge product. They dragged out the ancient 1/6 scale prototypes of Akuma and Alice Cooper.

1/3 Ryu, Roxy, Ultra Ken, Reptile? Underwhelming to say the least.

The StarScream and StormShadow were the top items on display, and neither were very good tbh. Check out Transformers and G.I Joe from P1.

Sakura looks unchanged.

It depends on each credit card as to what their terms of customer service are.

Well most credit cards, if you paid for something and didn't receive it, will refund your money (not sure what the time limit is though). Also I'm just curious if you do a charge back will Sideshow put a hold on your account?

That is what I am referring to you won't know until you try.
Whether Year(s) old orders are past the time limit for a certain credit card company will not be known until tried.
There is one guy here that has reversed a charge for his card but can't remember what the card name was.


If this had met with much success everyone would have already done it.
Sideshow may not put a hold since Sideshow will likely be unaware of the Credit Card Company's activity since the purchase and therefore the liability was not with Sideshow.
