Its apples to oranges.
By the way when is back then? Just wondering? I remember Emma Frost which is very close to the premium formats of today going for $120.00 retail at many locations and even less back in 2006. Here is the archive showing $124.99 at their site. http://www.sideshowtoy.com/collectib...ive/?sku=71781 Here is another one for 2008. http://www.sideshowtoy.com/collectib...e/?sku=3000141 These were the exclusives by the way, many more were produced.

Ahhh no it is not, only Emma Frost and she is barely one scale off at nearly 1/5 the price with a fairly large ES. She could be had for $105.00 and even less when she was released. Darth Talon is a PF and $210.00 cheaper, nearly half with an equally large ES. I am glad you looked at both links though before you responded. Here is another in 2010, http://www.sideshowtoy.com/collectib...ive/?sku=71791

Ironically everything has but not quite as wonderfully as this industry. You do realize that those materials you list above are in nearly any and every common item you will find in anyone's home. Those common household items have not doubled or tripled in 10 years, mmmmmm.

Emma in todays dollars... based on supply and demand.

Try comparing apples to apples. I dont think I have to debate this with you further. It's a waste of my time.

Not to mention your hand cut/paste scale representation and your conjecture on the costs of these goods. I actually posted real facts from SS's archive website. Where is any data to support your cost increase claims?

Absolutely meaningless in the debate you started and I inquired about. Clearly you did not read my first post where I asked "By the way when is back then?". You ignored both the posts I placed in my thread and you ignored the ES numbers they had coupled with their pricing. Your replies had nothing to do with your topic. I am glad to see that you can just say I win because a rare, 10 year old statue is selling for less than the current hell fire version on Ebay is somehow proof that you are right, what a trip.
