I sent an email to Koto about the situation but I haven't heard back from them. I'm kind of baffled and bummed out that I paid for my order that I thought was "ready to ship" only to receive a message stating that its backordered.

Agreed I would ve bought mine on eBay if I knew it was gonna take this long，I don't know why there not replying tho?

Disregard the "backorder" status, we have these in stock and are trying to have them shipped out as soon as possible.

Me too. Absolutely love it. So much better than the original IMO and really points out how terrible (again, my opinion) some of the facial expressions are on some of the bishoujos. Don't get me wrong, I like Shunya's illustrations a lot, but expressions are not his strong suit and for figures so dynamic in pose that we have in this line, having such blank, dopey looking expressions on their faces is probably the thing I dislike the very most about it them.

I mean, I have her sitting next to Elektra and I love that now she is looking like she's about to pounce on her prey from her crouched position (where as before she was posing for a photo shoot with claws out?) Elektra on the other hand looks like she was about to face down an opponent when someone just wiped her mind or something and now she's just standing there going "huh? derp. what was I doing again?"

Still love this line though and will admit that most of the others aren't as bad as Elektra.

I only have 7 bishoujos (soon to have 9 ) and i think elektra looks very pretty.
