Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Hi Mitch I work on consignment only, I prefer it this way
there is a multi million dollar studio opening 2 blocks from my house and I have been asked to work full time, but I really like being home so i can see the kids.
I really appreciate your comment, although I have a long road to go yet.

The cool thing is they let me do my designs I want, that helps big time!!
at the end I want the collectors to really like the sculpts, not rush it and see them all over ebay, but to really take time a think about it ask, you guys what you think and let it ride.

You know, it's funny: almost everytime i see a raw (unpainted) master sculpt I always feel it looks more tight & defined than the finished product (due to the factory paint app). With this piece I seem to be leaning the other way though. I'm not saying that the sculpt itself is not outstanding, just pointing out the fact that without the "war paint" (as they refer to it in TDK) in place yet it just is't the Joker yet.
I suppose what I am really trying to say is that this is the one sculpt that I can't wait to see finished as opposed to raw.
Speaking of which: Bobby, Heaths/the Jokers make up/face paint was portrayed in various states through out the film (Freshly applied, lightly smeared, et). My question to you is what state are you planning to finish off the face paint on the master?

Thanks for the reply. I hear what you are saying. It is always better to be in control of your own life & do things your way. If you don't mind me asking how old are you & when did you start sculpting? I ask due to what you said about having a long road to go.

Good question, Mitch. I too am curious as to which finish will be chosen.

I still have to go over the details, if I do the Tdk suit it is tricky, if i do the begins, that would be better for me.
but what ever the collectors think would be best I will do.
if i do the TDK, mandatory , for myself I want to do the sonar , with lighted eyes.
A 'TDK' Batman would obviously compliment the Joker better, but I'd be more than happy with a 'Begins' if you so choose.

Although a sonar depiction with light-up eyes sounds intriguing, as I've mentioned before, I'd prefer a representation which shows the eyes.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.
