The clear hand of the EX looks weak. It also looks odd as did XM Studios Witchblade look odd, holding her hand in this way.
The Aspen with both hands in the down position works better.

When i first read about the EX, i assumed the arm could be swapped out

The way the water is dancing below her hands makes it so cool. That's kinda lost on the ex option.

I'm of the opinion that the ex shouldn't surpass the reg in terms of overall aesthetics and just be an incentive. Seems about right on this one to me.

I'm not a fan of the EX hand either. I certainly wouldn't pay more for it. I'm not sure what it is, but her face looks kind of weird in the image from NYCC. I'm hoping its lighting or an unflattering angle.

In for the reg as the two arm pose matches the way the water is dancing beneath her arms better and it looks more natural. The wrist bend on the EX is what's throwing it off for me.

No worries ...the REG looks good too. Nothing wrong with that.

We all have subjective views of this piece. We will see it differently. I happen to think the EX looks good too. The water is still rising up to the EX hand, so that works.

I assumed not. I could be wrong. I can't see how the lower arm could be switched out. Maybe the whole arm could be switched out.

It is the whole arm. From the shoulder down.

I have no idea what you guys are going on about; I really like the EX hand.

Not sure how you can make a hand made out of water look natural, since that doesn't exist in nature, nor is Aspen supposed to look menacing. Don't get the redundancy thing either.

My opinion is right and all of yours are wrong.

Now please let me pre-order this thing.
