That's too bad. I met the other two 60's Catwomen and I was hoping to get her autograph one day as well.

Eartha Kitt was a revelation--multi-talented, exotically beautiful, smart, sassy, funny. She actually reminds me of one of my great aunts in looks and and early career. Kitt was underutilized by Hollywood, and should have been twice the star she was. I remember seeing a couple of interviews with her over the years, once on 60 Minutes with Ed Bradley I believe. She was really something. She, along with women like Lena Horne, Dorothy Dandridge, and Diahann Caroll were trailblazers that made it possible for the Beyonces, Halle Berrys (Catwoman aside), Jada Pinketts, Sanaa Lathans, Thadie Newtons, Rihannas, etc.
While Julie Newmar was tall and super sexy as CW, Eartha was just over-the-top fun.

I always loved her. I enjoy her "Santa Baby" every year--one of my favorites.

Rest well, Ms. Kitt.
