Hi guys,
We had some feedback from several persons regarding our shipping cost policy which was too general and not fair for people near us. And they were right!
We adjusted the price to reflect fairness for people living in countries where we can get fair prices. If your already pledged, please check your pledge so you can adjust if you want the amount to reflect changes.
This is our first Kickstarter and we're learning, thank you for your support and help promoting this great project!

Cedric, can something also be done about the VAT charged outside Europe on the Kickstart site as well?
Also I believe when purchasing one of your statues on your Tsume Art home page you charge VA Tax on the shipping charge outside of Europe although your site does remove the VAT on the statue itself.
In other words it seems that you charge a VAT on the shipping charges outside Europe on your web site.

Was a bit disappointed that the 3d concept didnt follow the 2d concept very well. Plus the face sculpt also didnt turn out as good as Tsume's other stuff. Think its probably because they are used to the anime style

That could be why they left off the eyebrows?

I've seen the prototype version of Azzar'Hi and that looks stunning. I know Tsume is known for their Anime related statues and they are flawless, but this is just as good! Some of you might now what I am talking about, the HQS series of Tsume is awesome! I really like Azzar'Hi, even if it's from a complete different universe. I respect anyone's opinion though... ;-)

Hi,
Thanks for your support for Azzar'hi.
About the VAT, we're looking for a solution.
It's very difficult to change that on KS but we work on it.
Don't worry, we'll find a solution ^^

Agreed, the missing eyebrows is the only weird and bad thing about the statue
