Ultimate Hawkeye had a family and I believe they were killed in front of him by a villain. I hope that part won't be used as source material for upcoming films.

I never was a big fan of how they made Captain America and Hawkeye look in the MCU. I would have liked them to have at least put some wings on his helmet and if they could find a way to make Hawkeye look like he does in the comics then that would be perfect. I doubt that will ever happen though since he probably wants his face seen throughout the movie but man his design is just boring.
On the other hand I think the Marvel has done an AMAZING job with bringing Iron Man to life throughout the MCU.

I doubt it, considering Black Widow was responsible for their deaths.

The thought's crossed my mind. Of course, Auntie Nat's portrayal in AoU squashes it.

Extended cut? Is it a rumor or has been confirmed?
Anyways now I get what 'good but not great' meant when I heard/read it.
I found funny the debate the Studio had with Whedon-and that came out into the light- about the visions/dreams scenes and the cave scene but they were O.K. and let Whedon get away with that unnatural/forced/out of nowhere 'romance' between Banner & Natasha.
It distracts me from the movie.
Also I found Ultron not great as expected, the only moment I felt Ultron menacing was when 'he' awoke and had that conversation-confrontation with Jarvis to later crash the party.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I slept through the opening 15 or so minutes. Its dark and warm in the cinema, like being back in the womb, I always struggle to stay awake!

Went for a second viewing last night. I enjoyed it more than the first viewing. I was able to follow it much better the second time, and I actually noticed that Hulk/Banner did sort of give up right before he got knocked out by Hulkbuster. I don't understand why the Vision needed the Avengers at all to put Ultron down when he had the infinity gem on his forehead. He should have been able to turn Ultron to slag in a couple of minutes. But, it was a fun movie and definitely comes together better after a second viewing...at least it did for me.
