what a nightmare, after they couldn't take my payment over the phone yesterday, they told me to do a bank transfer, and it will be sorted, but without confirmation, im not sure if they have received it or not? so I called up again, and they said, after payment, I should've sent the proof of payment to this FEDEX address so they can confirm. all these steps coming out of no where.
so now I am just waiting for confirmation.....

Why aren't you paying by card? Also with FedEx you pay after its delivered so how are you paying before?

Last time FedEx sent me a bill and a bank account number by e-mail while the package was in customs, because the amount of VAT exceeded the amount they were willing to advance. I had to send them proof of payment (or wait until they processed payment) to get them to deliver the package to me.

exactly that, they took 2 of my cards and said they wouldn't go through, so I had to pay with the details they gave me, or the parcel wont come out, so I paid, showed them proof, and ready for delivery, so fingers cross,

I don't understand though. Mine was sent through FedEx too and I didn't pay customs until after they delivered it. Why is it different for you?

Oh btw the invoice should be in the packet attached to the box. Look for the code on there.

Got the invoice, mine hasn't got the code?? Just says original sculptures, they wouldn't release it until I paid the import charges , so totally different to your delivery

What's the amount stated on the invoice?
Mine is stuck in customs, they're acting like there is no invoice, asking for a copy of the bill and proof of payment.
Not sure how they are going to respond to several Paypal payments, as I have no bill stating the total amount.
