bats, my friend & colleague who attended SDCC also photog'd yr Wolvie-lover, but before he took off half his costume.
he also got a hilarious pic of a guy dressed as Power Girl--<shudder>!

no way! you can't take sex out of comics, period. but i'm talking about NUDES, or drawings of Polaris going down on Jean Grey, or Kitty Pryde touching herself. it's appalling, and I'm NO prude.

i like the sexy poses. like cb's line of women. and like the mark brooks sculpt they just posted. but idk........ if its meant for fun i find it funny. but when u know guys are just being sick. its gross.

yeah, i'm not really into a drawing of Lorna Dane looking like a Hustler centerfold, spread open like a sushi bar. can't we keep porn & comics separate? there's nothing inherently wrong w/ either, but comics characters (esp the ladies) are so totally divorced from/predate at least my own hardcore sexual fantasies that it's practically invasive to see these characters being, well, mistreated & disrespected like that.

yea something like that i find disgusting cuz its a comic character!! um hello. lol ive seen some pretty horrendous stuff while searching for art. blech.

that's what i mean. it's a . . . wrong kind of usage. make it NOT one of the Marvel women & then i don't care at all. But draw Lockheed behind one of her raised legs, & i get offended.
