I respect your opinion, despite me disagreeing with it.

My position is that In Rogue One, Vader comes onto the ship, fires up his saber and calmly slaughters the rebels. Never one does he look off balance or on the defensive like this statue shows with his body and saber position. Also, the flooring makes no sense. There is no destroyed flooring. He walks they the hall and stops and the opening docking bay.

Those last few minutes of Rouge One show Vader at his most ultimate badass-ness IMO. And this statue captures none of that for me. If it does for you, I am glad you will enjoy it in your collection

Sideshow never should've said this piece was for their Rogue One line.

I agree. Without commenting on whether or not this is a good Vader pose, I will say that, for me, this statue does not have a "Rogue One" aesthetic. By that I mean to say that he should seem calmer than he looks here.

Are there actually people willing to pay 695$ for this statue? I have seen so much better Vader PF around that looks much better than this one. The pose seems kind of awkward and makes the Vader look not intimidating (I think it makes him look like a conductor and the football pose comparison is spot on too lol). There seems to be none of the “complex engineering” so why the near “Maquette” price? They might as well call this a maquette; its EX price is only $5 short from Rogue reg.

People can score the last Vader PF for around $400. This at $700 is insane

I really hate how high his Lightsaber arm is. If it was lower, down by his side, I’d like it a lot more. Congrats to those who get this for $450 in the aftermarket.
