Which new system did you buy? PS4, Wii U, or Xbox One?

Just curious what systems you guys purchased if any! We picked up the xbox one and can't be more excited to play it!

Picked up the Wii U for my Son for Christmas. He is only 6 so he does not need anything crazy.

As for me I will pick up one or maybe both new systems maybe after the Summer...No rush for them now, I want them to show me something before I buy either...
Right now the only true advantage is they have slightly better graphics than current Gen...but as for games? I can buy almost all of them for my old consoles without spending the extra $4-500 Dollars on a new system.

I appreciate that you're in no rush to purchase a next console just yet, but that statement is just flat out untrue. There is a night and day difference that seems to only be appreciated when seen in person. Believe me when I say that these new consoles are powerful.

I have seen them and they are great but come on now..are they sooo much better that the games are improved by the graphics? look at any game that is on both next Gen and Current. The game itself is exactly the same and While the Graphics are better it does not justify a purchase to next gen just for that...

Now Granted down the line I will Agree with you 1 million %...but again even now developers for games like AC4 and COD tell you that the Next Gen games are not Running at the highest rate. So for me seeing COD running at 720P Vs 900P is not really something I care too much about.
When True Next gen games are made, I am sure we will see what these machines really can do. IMHO they just are not worth it at this point in time.

I will probably be buying the PS4 when the Price drops. I will be buying it as a region free blura player, I can occasionally play games on.

It costs as much as a bluray player so I may aswell but this as I can play games on it also.

I have not followed the whole battle of the next gen consols. So I have a question.

The PS4 don't need internet connection true?

It only need to be plugged in to the internet on the initial start up when you buy it correct?
