Tyrant. After a slow start this show has really improved. Only 10 episodes but very enjoyable. 7/10

Worth checking out then huh? I have the entire run stacked on my DVR. Was considering just deleting it given the lack of free time I have lately, but maybe I'll give it a shot.

The first episode had me worried but it certainly improved. It's a very interesting premise.

Is "The Godfather in the Middle East" an accurate description, or not?

The Shield: Season 7 ~ 5/5
Quite possibly, the most consistently solid show I've ever watched from start to finish during its seven season run. The pace never slowed, the characters were incredible, and the ending delivered. The only regret I have is that I failed to watch this show when it was originally aired.

Battlestar Galactica (2003 - 2009) - 7/10
I base my rating primarily on the first through third seasons, plus Razor, which contained very strong storytelling and excellent characterization. However, the final episode of season three, plus the majority of season four, was a massive clusterf#@k.
There were many inconsistencies throughout the series, plus lots of unanswered questions in the end. For the most part, I liked the conclusion, but it's a shame that this great science fiction show basically boils down to "God did it, and his name is Bob Dylan".

Just finished watching Season 1. We loved it.
Luther and Alice have one of the most, if not the most, unique relationship I've ever seen on TV.
9/10
We're starting Season 2 tonight.

Glad you liked it.
Just finished Season 1 of The Bridge US Version. I quite enjoyed it. Maybe not as much as the original Danish version but worth a look. 7/10
