Happens more times than you think, I worked at FedEx for awhile and I saw the best an worst of packages and ups handles way more pieces, looks like a corner of another box punctured it sorta resembles the Star Trek symbol lol

Haha nice photo work there bud funny stuff. the box my Balrog came in looked identical to that. Hope it still survived the abuse.
Ive boughtn fragile and handle like glass stickers that I place on all items I ship even if its a book. More people should follow suit and maybe we would see a decrease in this issue.
