I'm just putting this here to warn anyone that will have to deal with their customer service. Say what you will about sideshow I've gotten nothing but good communication and timely resolutions to all my issues. Oh and BTW I still do not have my 1/10th Magneto and Punisher and it is 5/25 at the time of this comment.
"I'm not ordering anything else from their store front. I ordered a Magneto and a Punisher 1/10th scale from them. I still do not have those pieces despite a delivery date of January 28th. Their customer service while polite has been lacking. I always have to email them and they always have to check with their warehouse who never has an answer. Terrible experience!"

I also have not had a great experience with their customer service when having an issue with a statue.

You say delivery date, so you got a tracking number? Or were these pre-orders that were given an estimated time of delivery?
