If my comic long boxes weren't literally buried under statue boxes at the moment, I would find and scan one of the pages from the Marvel Fun & Games Magazine from 1979-80.

The game on the page was to identify the character based on a picture of just their gloves that would be perfect for this thread.

You should check out the TV series titled V starring Marc Singer in it. As the character Mike Donovan, he battles for the freedom of Los Angeles...and Earth, but he does it from Los Angeles and he wears these big gloves in the summer time.
