Actually, the 2nd Omnibus completes the color comic-book run of 'Tomb of Dracula' (70 issues), with a couple of extras.

All 13 issues of 'Dracula Lives!' are contained in the 3rd Omnibus, along with 'The Tomb of Dracula' magazine (6 issues) and issues 7-9 of 'Frankenstein'.

Yes, all true. I've got them all and just going from memory but one omnibus can't contain 70 issues...

Indeed. But I never said Vol. 2 contains 70 issues, either, just that it "completes the color comic-book run of 'Tomb of Dracula' ([which consisted of] 70 issues)", initiated in Vol. 1.

No, I was validating your correction of my post. Tomb of Dracula ran for 70 issues so volume 1 of the omnibus couldn't contain the full run. Thus, the full run's extending to two omnibuses.

If the Tomb Of Dracula Omnibus gets a 2nd printing I will get it. But as it is now with prices and shipping costs, there are other comics I want more.

I was a bit forgetful in my original post by not at least mentioning the 70's and Warren Publishiing. Not so much w/ Vampirella which never ever "horrified" the star, but Creepy & Eerie magazines should at least be mentioned. Anyone out there consider these two B&W's the dominant reads when mentioning 70's comic horror?

I don't put comics and these B&W mags in the same category, only due to the created creative restrictions on the comic books.

I had a ton of Warren mags when I was a kid (all titles, including Famous Monsters). I loved them for the covers, as well as the great selection of interior artists.

I find Ken Kelly's work of the past 30 years to be incredibly boring, but back in the '70s - early'80s, he was the $#!t. His covers for Creepy and Eerie are my favorites. I believe he did both of those in Protector's post above.
