What is a action figure?

I saw on CS Moore facebook page a WIP of a Alice action figure but to me it looked like a statue.So what is a CS Moore action figure?

IMO an "action" figure needs to have MORE than FIVE points of articulation (POA). Otherwise, it's just a glorified statue!

I second that, i still have some of Moores action figures they do not have multible points of articulation 4 to 5 is tops, look at his early stuff you'll see.

i love MAC toys Lady Death and really all there figs...but now they are dated. this is 2012 if you don't have POA in the teens then why do it?

i know Moore is a better sculpture then the 4H so if he can do toys with lots of POA he will be the toy king!
