I like the AoU one the best I think. I like the white on the arms. Though, when he's wearing the stealth suit with helmet, it's really nice too.
That might also just be because his quick assault on the boat before the Batroc fight was probably my favorite scene from a Marvel movie.

The Winter Soldier freeway scene was pretty wicked too. Damn, I love that movie.

I'm not really seeing much of a difference between the AoU suit and the CW one.

There are subtle differences, but the more striking difference is that the 5th (AOU) suit has white on the bicep area.
Comparison shots
Also for the Iron Man suits.

I didn't notice the missing white bicep section. It looks like that and a little less red are the main differences for Cap.

I don't particularly understand the need to be changing costumes for each and every film. I can see changing it every Phase, or having an Avengers costume and a Solo costume, but changing it from film to film seems unnecessary to me. Even for Iron Man, who is known to constantly be upgrading, it just seems like he' must be on MARK 1000 or higher by now.

Are you kidding? It's a merchandise decision. The same reason the Batman suit changed over and over, sometimes multiple times in one movie.

I get that, but it's still unnecessary. Most comic characters have had the same costume for decades and it hasn't affected licensed product sales at all. I don't know why it would affect licensed film product sales if the costumes don't change as often. Obviously the studios don't feel that way. It was more of a rhetorical question anyway.
