Not familiar with the anime (assuming it is one since Code Geass is mentioned to the side of it), but happy to see someone doing something with Code Geass.

Quick google of the anime shows it to be "Heavy Metal L-Gaim" (western name).

The full title is "Jūsenki (Hebī Metaru) Erugaimu" which translates to "Heavy Metal L-Gaim".
I was only translating the large part of the title as I do not know much kanji to be able to translate the red, but that was at least enough for me to track the name down for you.
The wiki link I posted above has more details about the show. I had never heard of it before this.

Don't know about the anime/subject but can help (or expand on sharkys translation) with the red kanji - it reads JUU SEN KI which translates in English to heavy war machine.
Leave it to you to decide where that's relevant, but that's what it says. Hopefully helps.

its taken from a Japanese collectible manufacturer website.
The Japanese collectible manufacturer is announcing that they will release one of the robots of Heavy Metal L Gaim in the near future.
