Cut to the Avengers celebrating in a New York bar as the door flies open for everyone to be gunned down by The Punisher.

No end credit scenes in this one apparently.
That is, unless they are doing something different for the American market than they are doing elsewhere. Ah well, at least we don't have to sit through another 10 minutes of credits after such a long movie.

I'm sure the run time was a consideration in the inclusion of mid and post credit scenes. Besides, I doubt they are ready to announce future projects at this point.

I love the FF origin scene idea - what a great way to seed the future phase with them. I could see a time stone flashback scene and a flash-foward scene. So much potential here

Agreed. They do need to build up to it. I'm just afraid they won't ever go down that road again because Fox the bed with this storyline twice now. And, I know I haven't seen their second attempt yet but I know it won't be the Dark Phoenix storyline...it'll be something else...something lesser...again.

The funeral was one big "post-credits" sequence. As the camera pans over the characters, we're reminded that sequels to Spider-Man, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Ant-Man/Wasp, Captain Marvel, etc are on the way. Hawkeye and Bucky/Falcon are getting their own TV shows.
Then we get another "post-credits" sequence with Thor trolling Star-Lord, which sets up GOTG3 -- The Search for Gamora, wherein Star-Lord will help Gamora 2014 remember Gamora 2018 the way that the crew of the Starship Enterprise helped Spock remember himself after being re-born.

My brother saw this last night, in Michigan, and said there are NO post credit scenes. So hold your bladders for 3.5 hours and then pop up to the bathroom during the credits.

I wonder if they already have plans but chose not to have a post credit scene or they didn't have one because they don't have a plan yet......
