McFarlane never owned Angela. Joe Quesada, her creator, does. That is why McFarlane created Domina and various other angels. Because Joe and Todd had some falling out. Joe took Angela to Marvel.

Eh? Quesada has nothing to do with Angela. Neil Gaiman created the character during his time on Spawn.
Ownership of Angela was a point of contention between McFarlane and Gaiman for years until the courts recently sided with Gaiman, who then sold the character to Marvel.

I can't remember where I got Joe from. You are right.
I know McFarlane lost the rights to her.
Which was extremely upsetting at the time.
