We're down to Raven, Canary, Lady Deadpool on the Marvel/DC bishoujos, we need new ones :-)

QC Issue Wolverine
Hello Kotobukiya,
I seem to be having a quality control issue with my wolverine. The magnet on the arm is very weak, and feels as though it will fall off. Is there a way I can report this issue, and see what could be done?
I have tried numerous emails, but have received no responses.
