Then everyone should expect Prime 1 to classify their US shipments as 3926.40.00 which will have a 5.3% duty.
I think most places classify them as 9703.00.00 which has no duty.
It's debatable what the actual code should be, but 3926 is probably what customs would change it to if they opened it even if one could argue that these are hand poured, hand assembled and hand painted.

Thanks for the info. Clearly it’s not something I’m not accustomed to dealing with. 
Doesn’t sound like the classification is anything we can dispute. I wonder if P1 classifies shipments differently because I’ve heard of others ordering direct and not getting hit with fees. Pretty lame regardless.

That's the way it always works with Prime 1. They ship to their own customers when the statues are ready. The statues for distributors like Sideshow are sent to them on the cargo ships. Sideshow will generally get them around six weeks later.

Yep, no real surprise there.
I know it's not about this statue but I just find it a bit funny that for the Hush Batman so far ONE PERSON has posted pictures online. I really would have thought by now someone else would have posted pictures/an unboxing video.

If you're flex paying it, look at your order details in your account. My last payment is still March 5, so mine isn't shipping any time soon.
