I think it is silly we get Punchline before 99% of other DC Characters but then again, I have not won an auction (of course, I did not have the money to bid but that is beside the point).
I do like the colors in the picture though

I love the idea of letting people choose the next character ... but I am really hoping for the final 10 he just does the big characters that will draw the highest bidders. I also like the colors but not nearly as much as the signature Jim Lee black and white with crazy cross-hatching. These are out of my wheelhouse as a collector so I am an outside observer but man I would love to see some nice Batman, Superman, Justice League, Bat Family, etc. done down the stretch

yeah, he should really end things with a bang and go all out for the comic shops doing A-list characters in iconic jim lee style but we'll see

I don't know the character but I really like the art. Maybe the winners are picking obscure characters to keep the bidding down (so they can buy it him/herself)? Evil genius.
But agreed, I hope Jim takes over and picks the last ten, or maybe even five.

I’m thinking that the Punchline winner will pick Harley to pair it up with. If that’s true, smart move putting Punchline first. Harley would/will draw huge bucks.

I'm looking forward to him getting back to his normal style. The paintings are cool, but not many people would recognize them as Jim Lee pieces. I hope he does a legit normal-style Superman as well.
