Gamma Dogs? From the comics or the movie?
As for the Kalkhimithia incident, are these people still alive and powered?
Gargoyle (Yuri Topolov) was mutated by radiation, but not gamma radiation. His son, Gremlin, is a mutant.

the towns people were cured at the end of the storyline. As to the dogs, as shown in the post above.
