Actually, that map is just for blu-ray. Blu-ray coding uses letters, DVD coding uses numbers and they don't match (DVD has more regions).
As an example, the UK and Australia share a region code for blu-ray, but not for DVD.
One of my biggest gripes with Amazon is them using DVD region information (numbers) on their blu-ray pages. It's incredibly misleading.
