The Acolyte 3/10
I wish I would have stopped after ep 3 like I said I was going to. I'm a glutton for punishment, I suppose.

The acting of the actor who played Lestat was so stoic, i just couldn't get into it. My ideal Lestat is Tom Cruise. I wish there was a second film on the Vampire Lestat Novel. I would really like to see Tom Cruise, Lestat in 80s America as a Rock Star.

Both of these shows were surprisingly good, I agree with these ratings. And S02 Interview was definitely better than S01. I binged the entire season in one day.

Star Wars: Acolyte: - 3/10 - So much promise squandered due to a mix of bad directing, acting, and writing. I'm pretty forgiving with Star Wars, but you have to give me something and this show gave me some small bits of interest (Inara, Jecki) only to snuff them out in favour of a terrible story and protagonist.
Also, I really want to know where money goes in shows because this didn't have a single "whoa" moment, even in the finale, that made me think "there's your $180M!" the way shows like Mandalorian, Andor, and Ahsoka did.

Star Wars: Acolyte: - 2/10
I only gave it a 2 because Lee Jung-jae (Sol) and Manny Jacinto (Qimir) did some great fight scenes against one another and actually showed emotion unlike most of the rest of the cast.
One of the most poorly written and most ill conceived shows I have ever watched. Most of the characters changed their motivations episode to episode sometimes even scene to scene, or in a couple cases in the same conversation. I cared absolutely zero about any of the characters until the end when I cared a tad about Sol because he was screwed over so badly by pretty much every other character. Too bad Lee Jung-jae had to learn English just to be in this dumpster fire of a show.
This is not only the worst Star Wars show I have ever watched, including the Holiday Special, this may be the worst show I have watched.

I'll watch this show if it ever gets the Mystery Science Theatre 3000 treatment.

The Boys: Sean 4 - 8/10 - This show continues to be enjoyable with twists and turns and somehow I keep finding ways to be shocked at how violent and disturbing it is.
All that said, I am glad that Season 5 in 2026 will end it as we shifted into the Endgame as everything goes badly for what's been building between Butcher and Homelander.

I feel the opposite. I never liked Tom Cruise as Lestat or the movie in general. On the other hand, Sam Reid who plays Lestat in the TV series, I think was near perfect casting. His role being reduced in season two, when he did appear on screen, it made me realize how much I missed him. What a beautiful man this new Lestat is.

The Acolyte - 4/10. The fight scenes were incredible and I loved Qimir and Jecki. Everything else was pretty bad.
The Boys Season 4 - 5/10. I feel like I lose interest in the show each year it is on.
