Vesper Chronicles 7/10
Good entertainment. A bit exaggerated here and there, e.g. Vesper knows about genetic engineering, ..
I would be happy about a second part

John Wick 4
Best of the series 9.5/10
With so few words coming from John Wick in this 4th installment, actions speak louder than words. The kills was one of the best I’ve ever seen. The aerial view (drone shot) was one of the best and never seen before. It was almost like a video game. A movie so unrealistic that it’s all forgivable since the choreography and action sequence were that good. It’s like Fast & Furious on steroids.

Dungeons and Dragons - 8/10 - A really fun movie, way above my expectations. If you're not familiar no issue, a fantasy adventure that was really enjoyable.

John Wick 4 - enjoyable action flick BUT I wish it stayed a little more realistic (like the first one). Still, an 8/10.

Aftersun (2022) - Sophie reflects on the shared joy and private melancholy of a holiday she took with her father twenty years earlier. Memories real and imagined fill the gaps between as she tries to reconcile the father she knew with the man she didn't.
Paul Mescal's performance as the father was very subdued which makes his Oscar nomination this year a little surprising to me, but good for him. The ending was quite touching. 8/10

Happy-Go-Lucky (2008) - A look at a few chapters in the life of Poppy, a cheery, colorful, North London schoolteacher whose optimism tends to exasperate those around her.
Director Mike Leigh is a master at his craft and he absolutely excels with this understated and underrated comedy-drama. I never thought I'd be so enraptured with a film that builds simply toward an argument between two clashing personalities. 10/10

How We Used to Live (2013) - A cinematic ode to post-war London by acclaimed director Paul Kelly, created using rare footage drawn from the British Film Institute's National Archive and original music by Saint Etienne with a narration by Ian McShane.
There's ample video of double-decker buses, the Queen, punks, etc. around the city in this serene time capsule. 8/10

Dungeons and Dragons: Honor among Thieves 8/10
It was good. I would give it a 9/10, if there was a Drizzt cameo.
