Yeesh!! I think I'd rather get the Chewbacca PF for that price, I've seen it in person and it's very nice and a great likeness.

The set is up for order at SS and it's $479. Chewie is $255 and Han is $230.

I can't preorder this unless I know that Hot Toys will rework the Han face. I know in the past that they have redone or tweaked sculpts after a reveal so there is hope. But I can't preorder based on the way Han looks now. Chewie looks a bit off in the eyes, but is acceptable.

Thinking on that point, they have fixed a few over the years, I decided to preorder Han from a source I can easily cancel if they don't.

Ordered the two-pack. Keep in mind they've got a few months to mod the sculpt, which they sometimes do. Considering these were not shown at any of the conventions means it's possible these are still WIPs. Ford's likeness could use some improving, and I think Chewy's head is actually sitting too low (something about it was bothering me). Anyway I'm just thrilled to see HT producing Star Wars figs. Just hope it's not 2-3 years before something new like what happened with Luke.

Han's likeness is not there. It's just not. HT will probably fix it before the release.

Over on Freaks a member has a inside source (so take it as you may) that Hot Toys is scheduled to release 11 more Star Wars figures before the new movie comes out which is in 2016.

ANH - 6 figures
ESB - 2 figures
ROJ - 3 figures

Anyways that's the rumor....

Disappointed with the Han likeness so I'll have to pass.

Chewy on the other hand looks great! Will consider a purchase.
