The THIRD.

I painted two different versions--one with fangs and red eyes, one without.

Finally I have found some use for red-dyed cotton.

Is there anything new or just the same things post over and over again? Are these characters from the 60's or 70's?

The same things over and over again?
You can tell by the pictures. Other than the Vincent Price doll, I don't repeat them unless it is a special case where I need to repaint something differently.

I like expressions so I don't mind doing different faces for one actor as a challenge--since most sculptors do not do portrait expressions. It is very hard to do well. Smiles etc.
Although it does get boring--I have two leftover Christopher Lee heads to mold and cast but I don't know when I will get to them.

If you mean do I do anything modern, I don't find current celebrities that interesting to do and/or there are so many portraits of them already, there's little point in me doing one.
I was asked to do Alan Rickman but declined since there are accurate portraits of him. I'd rather do people that either have no portraits or I feel I can do something new with it.

Right now I am finishing a current actress (who AFAIK has not had a portrait done) but that's an experiment for resemblance accuracy.
Yes I do get tired of doing 60s-70s all the time.

Male celebrities sell better for me so I don't have much incentive to do the women although they offer more of a challenge.

I got the 1:6 scale heads.
Painting these instead of making molds.

Ellie Bamber. I don't know her from anything and chose to do her because I needed to test out a portrait painting technique before I do any more.
I am burned out.
