While Jnd gets flack about high pricing, I feel that if the likenesses were spot on, you wouldn't hear as much critique. Jnd has now been forced back to reality for the time being in their pricing. Hulk looks perfect , so I can't see there being much to critique if the price was sub $3k.

I can't see this being canceled because it's the start of their new line. We'll never know what is considered a loss for them. The price is so crazy, though, so maybe even making 20-30 of these is acceptable to them. Who knows.....

With the significant costs probably associated with development and the physical molds themselves, I can’t imagine they would breakeven at that small of an edition size.

Though their smallest edition size was for their life size Hulkbuster and that one was limited to only 25. Though I wonder how many will actually been made of it.

5k for a statue that's probably going to deteriorate like a 200$ hot toys figure with a rubber body and weird looking doll hair....

It's a shame, would have been amazing just as a regular statue.

Any news about next 1/3 Marvel figures from QS?
Hulk was announced almost half year ago.

I wouldn't count on it. They are out of money to continue production on their current pre orders let alone confident to put more up for PO. Source Marcos from CollectorZown who used to be a licensed distributor for them.

If true, that doesn't surprise me. It's obvious they are struggling, but most of it is their own fault. They don't listen to feedback from the customer. Inart, for some reason, is much different.

If this is true it sounds like going for niche, ultra-rich collectors isn't paying off. Out of QS, IS, XM, and even P1 it seems like Sideshow is the only company able to put out new POs that sell out. They've kept statues affordable for all collectors and it appears to be working for them.
