Sure it might get attention, but licensors haven't been able to stop China from producing bootleg stuff yet, and I really doubt this will be the one thing to change that.

Regarding the edition size, the 30 was the amount limited to mainland China and not the global ES.

There is no confirmation from anyone about an ES that I have seen. Has anyone even seen a picture of the bottom of the base? They know they have a potential gold mine (real or fake), so why put an ES on it?

There is no ES on this bust as far as I know. I suspect the manufacturer of it will produce as many as possible to satisfy demand.
I believe the R&D cost for this bust is quite high even though it is not licensed.
